     Your doctor will follow you for any  concerns while you are our customer. This on demand service by your personal doctor allows us to deliver continuous care and is included in your medication cost.

    Compounded Weight Loss Meds + your personal M.D. included

    Semaglutide(active compound in Ozempic)

    — $175 per month all strengths

    Tirzepatide(active compound in Mounjaro)

    —$275 a month for up to 7.5  mg —- this is the max dose for most people ( usually 2.5mg first month then 5mg the next month and then 7.5 mg /m there on )

    —$375 a month for 10mg and up ($350 / m for 2 months)  higher dose available to those not responding

    No other fees other then the ones listed above on a monthly basis , Included you will have 24/7 access while under our care to the same doctor that started you on your medications at no extra charge if you have any issues or complications.  This ensures continuity of care and relationship with your doctor. The first consultation with our physician is free. After reaching out to us we will do an initial screening and then you will have a video appointment with the doctor who will continue prescribing your medication.  

    Medication will arrive to your house in a  Vial which will need to be kept in a refrigerator immediately on arrival. You will also receive small insulin syringes to administer the medicine once a week into your belly. These needles are painless on entry in fact because they are so small and  very easy to administer to yourself. We will be happy to help guide you in the beginning and you will also have a video as well.  Oral versions of weight loss meds are far less effective.

      No , for most people this is out of pocket medication and the cost is a fraction of what you would otherwise pay for the non compounded version. We require that your BMI be >  or =  25 when you start treatment with us.  Most insurances do not cover the medications unless you fit into stringent criteria. We do accept Medicare and can prescribe through Medicare however this is limited to few individuals due to stringent criteria.

     Each patients history will be thoroughly examined by your physician here and each case and medical problem will be evaluated for complications or contraindications. If any adjustments in other medicines or even additional meds are needed we will provide those.  However generally we do not recommend these meds for people with significant liver or kidney issues, history of pancreatitis or family history or Medullary thyroid cancer or large thyroid nodules,  history of recent bariatric surgery or active gallbladder issues. 

      Weight loss varies but can be significant  10 - 20lbs per month and appears more pronounced with Tirzepatide( Mounjaro) which also has less side effects generally then Semaglutide(Ozempic). If you feel you have reached a wall on your current Semaglutide we will be happy to switch you to Tirzepatide.
